Workshop bookings are non-refundable, as materials are reserved and allocated specifically for your booking at the time of purchase.
If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that you arrange for someone else to attend in your place or consider gifting your booking to a friend. Where sufficient notice is provided, we may also be able to transfer your booking to another available workshop date, subject to availability. Please get in touch to discuss
Please note that a minimum number of participants is required for each session to go ahead. We therefore reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum number is not reached, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.
