Workshop Terms & Conditions

  • Workshop bookings are non-refundable, as materials are reserved and allocated specifically for your booking at the time of purchase.

    If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that you arrange for someone else to attend in your place or consider gifting your booking to a friend. Where sufficient notice is provided, we may also be able to transfer your booking to another available workshop date, subject to availability. Please get in touch to discuss.

  • Please note that a minimum number of participants is required for each session to go ahead. We therefore reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum number is not reached, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a session, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.

Shop Terms & Conditions

  • Our bouquets are made using fresh, seasonal flowers. As flowers are subject to availability and seasonality, the exact varieties and colours will vary from the images shown. We will always aim to create a bouquet of this style, size and value, using the freshest flowers available.

  • Orders must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

  • We offer local delivery within SY1, SY2 and SY3. Delivery will be arranged for an agreed date and time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers, as we cannot guarantee the condition of flowers if they are left unattended for an extended period.

  • Orders can also be collected from Shrewsbury Market Hall at an agreed date and time. Please arrive within your agreed collection window to ensure your flowers are fresh and ready for collection.

  • Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our flowers, orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded once flowers have been purchased or prepared. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

  • Flowers are perishable and their lifespan will vary depending on the variety and environment. We cannot be responsible for flowers that deteriorate due to unsuitable conditions or incorrect care.

  • We take great care in preparing every order. If there is a problem with your flowers when they arrive or are collected, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs so we can discuss the best way to resolve the issue.
